MUSCLE UP will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.

Hard Bodies

Hard Bodies is a fun energetic group fitness experience choreographed to music. This full body workout includes cardio, weights, resistance training, plyometrics, stretch, and MORE!!! This interval workout will burn fat, tone muscle, and challenge your body. No workout is ever the same!

Silver Strong

Our Silver Series features Silver&FIT, Renew Active, Silver Sneakers, and other programs covered by Medicare supplemental insurance polices for seniors – This Experience is designed for older adults looking for a moderate-level, well-balanced exercise routine. Participating in this class will help increase your heart health, muscular endurance and strength, flexibility, and balance. All exercises are performed in a standing position with the option of using a chair for light support. This class will help you take on daily tasks with more ease and keep up with your grandkids!

Shake That Fit

Shake That Fit is an energetic dance fitness class with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that works the total body. This class encompasses an eclectic mix of the hottest music and is appropriate for all fitness levels. Participants will perform moves that will tone their bodies, improve flexibility, and leave them feeling empowered after each class.

Zumba

The Original Dance-Fitness Party! Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you’ll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.

WERQ

WERQ® is the fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, and hip hop music….Get ready to WERQ!!!

Spin/Cycling

This low impact cardio workout is for all fitness levels. State of the art stationary bikes, motivating instructors and energizing music give you an outdoor ride experience in a class setting. Learn to achieve your target heart rate and improve cardiovascular fitness while toning your body. Climb hills, race, and sprint your way to a healthier you! Water and towels are a must!

Body Xplosion

High Intensity Dance moves combined with light weights gives you an incredible fat burning workout. Lose yourself in the music at this fun dance party for high calorie burn in class. Add in light weights and moves specifically designed to tone that feminine figure to give you that smaller waistline, toned abs, tightened tush, firm thighs and arms and burn calories for hours after class!

PiYo

PiYo® — a hybrid, athletic workout, which combines the mind/body practices of yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement. We crank up the music, the speed, and the fun to give you an intense, yet low-impact workout.

HOT FLOW YOGA

*Available at an additional cost. These sessions focus on traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasas. Heat is built within the body and enhanced by our infrared heaters to allow for increased mobility and flexibility while healing joints and sore muscles.

Bungee Training

*Available at an additional cost. 24/7’s Defying Gravity Bungee Training program is a low impact, motion based, resistance training program that allows the user the needed buoyancy to perform exercises they might not be able to perform without assistance – no pain on joints! With the added benefit of increased blood and lymphatic flow which is the key to overall health.
